License Information

> Clear Price-Structure! All prices are based on the following system, exceptions may apply. If your company is based in Germany, additional Sales-Tax will apply. EU-based companies have to give a valid VATID-No. for payment without sales tax. Please confirm details on our german Website (change language to german).

Usage of Media

Images

> Internet: Websites, weblogs. Images that are not available as a commercial license shall be subject to restrictions on the use on the Web: editorial use only. Websites, weblogs max. size 800 * 600 pixels.

> Images: Editorial use in magazines, print media, printed works, press articles. If no merchandise license is offered, the image is intended for editorial use only. In exceptional cases, a commercial use may be possible, please use the request form below the image for a detailled inquiry. Quantity of print products is limited to 50,000 pieces.

> Extended Lic.: Commercial use (if model-release is available) on or with products sold or distributed freely (eg. matchbox, mugs, postcards, clothing), use with press releases, printed only in connection with the press release (Copyright Notice ©Sehenswerk.com is mandatory!), print products above 50,000 pieces, usage in networks or multiple blogs/magazines within one publising house (editorial)

Footage

> Websize, HD720p, HD1080p: Use within blogs, reports, mulimedia-slideshows, animated documents, TV - (licence for local stations)

> Extended Lic.: Usage in advertising (if model-release is available) and products which are intended for (re)sale (e.g. DVD) and Television Network-Licence. Please note, that clips do have restrictions for usage as editorial content if no model-release is available.

Information/Notes

> Videoformats:Our clips are provided with 25fps (if not otherwise noted), other formats can be supplied on request. Most Timelapse are available in 4K Cinema-resolution and/or can be individualized. If you are uncertain about the intended use of a media, please use the inquiry function, which is available at every picture / video clip, so that we can provide you with secure information.

> Restrictions: Use of the media in online systems, where the user are able to choose, download or send the media (eg electronic postcards) is generally not allowed. The license is generally not transferable. Exceptions: Advertising agencies may buy a license for unlimited use for a certain customer in any number of projects. It is not permitted to deploy the same image / video for different customers or resell the media. A copyright notice "© Sehenswerk.com" has to be placed next to the picture. The content may be edited, provided this does not create disadvantages for the author. The content may not be distorted by the licensee.
